BREAKING NEWS: Anna Netrebko cancels all the sold-out performances of Don Giovanni at the Berliner Staatsoper
Anna Netrebko cancels all the sold-out performances of Mozart's Don Giovanni at the Berliner Staatsoper im Schiller Theater. The role of Donna Anna will be sung by Maria Bengtsson. Erwin Schrott will sing the role of Leporello.

Apparently the reason behind the cancellation is that she want to take more care of her son Tiago... No comment...

Entiendo a Anna porque yo dejé el canto por los hijos, pero como se les explica a los que pagaron para verla que otra va a cantar por ella y queden conformes. Nadie puede reemplazarla y reunír tantas condiciones que la hacen´"´UNICA ". Ahora si se les explica que Tiago esta enfermo y necesita estar con él todos la comprenderán.
