Bayreuther Festspiele Director Eva Wagner-Pasquier would welcome Anna Netrebko as Elsa in Richard Wagner's Lohengrin
Bayreuther Festspiele director Eva Wagner-Pasquier would welcome Anna Netrebko as Elsa in Richard Wagner's Lohengrin, anytime! "If she wanted, we will put her on the stage immediately" she said to the Sunday newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine after getting knowledge that Anna Netrebko would like to sing the role of Elsa in Lohengrin. "I love Netrebko - she can sing everything" she added.

I have been asking for a ticket for Bayreuth during the last 8 years or so... witout success... I think I may have a chance in the upcoming years. It would be amazing if I get my ticket for Lohengring with Anna as Elsa!
