The swiss online magazine Blick.ch has published today an article about
Anna Netrebko written by
Claudia Schlup. The article,
Die Primamamma, shows the opera diva in her most important and beautiful role as woman, wife of the uruguayan bass-baritone
Erwin Schrott and mother of their baby
Tiago. All three of them were walking on Bahnhofstrasse in Zürich last friday, two days after her stunning debut at the Opernhaus Zürich as Violetta Valéry in
Verdi's La Traviata. On their walk, they visited the shop of Chopard.
Anna, which has a contract with Chopard, was wearing a CHF 4.0 Million Chopard necklace, with emeralds (6o carats) and 172 diamonds, and matching earrings, during the second scene of the second act of La Traviata's premiere on 22. April 2009.
Erwin and
Tiago left her for a while, just to come back with a wonderful bouquet of purple roses for
Anna.
