Anna has been nominated for a 2008 Grammy in the category Best Classical Vocal Performance for her Russian Album

The list of 2008 Grammy nominees for Classical has been just released today. Anna has been nominated for the 2008 Grammy awards in the category Best Classical Vocal Performance for her wonderful Russian Album. The 50th Annual Grammy Awards will be presented at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on 10. February 2008. Congratulations Anna! You are really deserving this award.

Anna was also previously honoured this year with a Classical Brit Award in the category Singer of the Year for her recordings Russian Album and Violetta. The Classical Brit Award is the most important award for classical music artists in the UK.
